Bring your business number

You keep your number when you switch to TitusVoice. The move runs from your dashboard, and your number keeps working the whole time.

  1. 1

    Check the number

Type the numbers you want to move. We ask the carriers whether each one can come over before anything is filed, and say why if one cannot.

  2. 2

    Tell us about the account

The business name, the person allowed to authorize the move, the service address and the account number from your current bill. Save part-way and come back; nothing is lost.

  3. 3

    Sign and upload

We prepare the authorization letter with your details filled in. Sign it, and upload it with a recent bill from your current provider.

  4. 4

    Pick the switch day

We show only the days your current carrier will switch on, and you choose one when someone can make a test call.

  5. 5

We file it and follow it

The porting team’s questions and updates show up on the Porting page and in your email. You can answer them there, or ask for a different day.

  6. 6

    The number moves

On the day, calls and texts start ringing your team here. Its emergency address is set from your registered location. Then you can cancel the old service.

Keep your current service running until the Porting page says your number has moved. Cancelling early releases the number and can lose it for good.

Questions about moving

Will my number stop working during the move?
No. It keeps working with your current provider until the moment it switches, and calls ring your team here from then on.
How long does it take?
Usually one to three weeks from filing. The carrier offers switch days starting a few business days out, and we show you which ones.
Should I cancel my old service first?
No — cancelling first releases the number and can lose it for good. Cancel only after the Porting page says the number has moved.
Can I move some numbers and keep others with my current provider?
Yes. Choose a partial port and tell us which number the remaining ones should be billed under.
What if the carrier asks for something?
Their message appears on the Porting page and is emailed to your account owners. Reply there, and we pass it on.
