A business phone your whole team can answer
Calls ring in the browser and on your mobile. Texts and website chat land in the same inbox, so every customer is one conversation. Keep your number, skip the desk phones.
- Keep your number
- No contract
- 911 registered for every location
What your team gets
Everything a small team needs to run its phones, without a phone closet.
Answer in the browser
Calls ring every teammate signed in to the dashboard. No desk phones, nothing to install.
Or on your mobile
Calls can ring your own mobile too. You press 1 to take the call, so your personal voicemail never answers for the business.
A phone menu and extensions
"Press 1 for sales, 2 for support", and callers who know an extension can dial a person directly.
Ring groups
Ring everyone at once, one after another, or in turn, with a fallback when nobody picks up.
A queue with hold music
When everyone is busy, callers wait in line with music and hear their place, instead of going straight to voicemail.
Hold and transfer
Put a caller on hold, or pass them to a teammate or a ring group without hanging up.
An AI receptionist
After hours, or when nobody answers, it greets callers, answers common questions from your own knowledge base, and takes a message.
Voicemail you can read
Voicemails arrive in the caller’s conversation with a written transcript, so nobody has to listen through them.
Business texting
Two-way texts from your business number. We guide you through the carriers’ registration in the app.
Website chat, included
Live chat for your website lands in the same inbox, from the team behind TitusChat.
Call history and recordings
Every call with who answered, how long it lasted, and the recording when you turn recording on, with an announcement to the caller.
911 that knows where you are
Each location’s address is registered with emergency services, and 911 works from the browser.
One customer, one conversation
A customer who chats on your website on Monday, texts on Tuesday and calls on Wednesday shows up as one thread, with the call, the voicemail transcript and the texts in order. Whoever picks up next can see the whole story.
Switching is handled
Moving from another provider? Start a port in the dashboard. We show you the days your current carrier will switch on, tell you in plain words if anything is missing, and pass on every message from the porting team.
How bringing your number worksQuestions
- Can I keep my business number?
- Yes. Start a port from the dashboard: tell us the number, upload your current bill and sign the letter we prepare. Your number keeps working with your old provider until the day it switches.
- Do I need desk phones?
- No. Your team answers in the browser, on a computer with a headset, or on their own mobile phone.
- Can my team text customers?
- Yes, from your business number. US carriers require a business registration first; the app walks you through it and tells you when you are approved.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Plans are month to month, and the price on the pricing page is the price you pay.
- What happens when nobody answers?
- You choose: ring another group, hold the caller in a queue, let the AI receptionist take the call, or send it to voicemail with a written transcript.
- Does 911 work?
- Yes. You register the address of each place your team works, and a 911 call from the browser presents that location to emergency services.
